Shipping Services Policy

Effective August 22, 2007

Delivery Service

We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) to any physical address in the United States. Post Office Boxes (PO) are prohibited and a Stop-Order will be placed on any shipment labeled as such.

Shipments To Wrong Address

You are solely responsible for providing a valid address for delivery, whether you place your order online or by phone. If the address you provided results in a wrong delivery, you will have to pay an additional shipment fee for us to re-ship your order. If it is deemed that we made a mistake, then we will re-ship your order at no charge.


We will attempt to contact you via the email and telephone number(s) you provided when you placed your order. If we can not contact you within 72 hours to make an address change, your order will be automatically canceled and the full payment for your order will be refunded.

Delivery Time

When you place an order allow 24 to 72 hours for processing, your actual shipping date starts from the time your order has been completely processed regardless of the shipping option you choose. Your shipment date may increase based on the availability of your items and does not effect the shipping cost or option you choose.

Calculating Cost

Shipping costs for orders depend upon the UPS method and option you choose. Shipping costs are calculated on the total weight, you will be charged one per-shipment fee which includes a per-item fee for each item ordered. If you choose to back-order items to ship as soon as they become available, you will be charged full per-shipment fees for each shipment plus a per-item fee for each item. Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Refund/Exchange Policy

Effective August 22, 2007

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on some of our products. These products will state “30 Day Money Back Guarantee”. Call customer service at 800-517-9577, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.

All other purchases that do not state a money back guarantee are not eligible for a refund, meaning that the sale is final.

NOTE: Authorized refunds sent with no RMA number, or mailed to our call center will be automatically returned to sender.

Order Cancellation Policy

Effective August 22, 2007

Call Customer Service immediately by phone at 800-517-9577. The original order information must be provided to obtain cancellation. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.

Warranty Policy

Shipping Costs

Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid 100% by the customer prior to shipment.

Warranty Procedure

We require you to contact Customer Service by telephone first to determine whether the item is indeed defective before shipping replacements.

30-Day Warranty

Specifically stated products carry an implied, industry-standard 90-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing, which is determined by availability, or distributor, and the time of purchase. Replacement is often used within 30 days after purchase with the same product or like product when direct replacement is unavailable. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer or a claim that you did not understand what product(s) you ordered and what they were used for at the time of sale.

Out of Stock Policy

Effective August 22, 2007

The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the month based on sales demand and supplies that we receive from vendors. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as “Out of Stock”, we can back-order the item for you and ship it as soon as the item is available. Most items ship within 3 weeks.

Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.

Some items may be listed for sale on our web site that have not been manufactured or placed into inventory yet. We place these items on the web site so that consumers may pre-order the items. Preorders are reserved with payment up front on a first come, first served basis. You may also request to be placed on a “notify list” and we will let you know when products are in-stock and available for delivery. Be advised that prepaid orders always get priority for delivery.

All out-of-stock items are excellent products and are available for purchase, but we do not always replenish certain stock items until inventory levels are low. We will be happy to back-order these items for you and ship them to you in a timely fashion. Again, most items ship within 3 weeks.
